Hello, I'm Paula O'Brien, and I have the privilege of serving as the Office Manager at the Anissa Veon agency since January 2023.

In the office, I have a diverse range of responsibilities. As the office manager, I handle all types of situations in the agency and also concentrate on various lines of insurance, including Auto, Home, Business, Pet and Life.

I find fulfillment in every aspect of my job. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to help our customers secure the coverage they need within their budget. What truly drives me is the human connection—I take immense satisfaction in knowing that I've made a positive impact on our customers' lives by providing genuine care and support.

On a personal note, I've been married to my husband, Pat, for 24 wonderful years. We have two incredible boys, Aidan and Paxton, who bring us endless joy and keep us busy with their endeavors. As our family grows and evolves, I cherish every moment spent together, knowing that these times are precious and fleeting.

Outside of the office, you'll often find me buzzing around town, catching up with friends and soaking up the vibrant energy of social gatherings. I'm a total social bug! Plus, I have a soft spot for animals—whether it's spending time with my own furry friends or volunteering at the local shelter, my heart is always with our four-legged companions.

My educational journey took me through Redondo Union High School in Redondo Beach, CA, where I laid the groundwork for my career in the insurance industry.

In the office, I focus on all lines of insurance, but I have a particular passion for Health insurance. I enjoy helping customers navigate their health coverage options and ensuring they have the protection they need.

I have a variety of interests that keep me busy. I love to sing, bowl, and spend quality time at home with my fiancé and our adorable pug, Cookie. Family and friends are also incredibly important to me, and I cherish any opportunity to create lasting memories with them.
